Krishan Grover
Krishan Grover is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Grover Consult Pte. Ltd., bringing more than two decades of experience establishing and scaling world-class software and consulting businesses across South East Asia.
He founded the firm in 2023 to give financial institutions in the region access to senior, independent counsel on technology infrastructure transformation — advice grounded in delivery experience rather than theory. Under his leadership Grover Consult has formed a strategic partnership with Frost & Sullivan, pairing global research and advisory capability with local market knowledge to support digital transformation programmes across South East Asia.
Working alongside global and local consulting partners, the practice advises banks and financial institutions on modernising core technology infrastructure, strengthening operational resilience, and meeting their regulatory and compliance obligations. Krishan holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a BSc (Hons) in Physics from Delhi University. He divides his time between Singapore and the Philippines.
